February News

Hello friends,

February in the Basin is a bit of a holding pattern … winter still has us, but the energy of spring planning is already stirring. I’m glad you’re here.

Before diving in, a quick office note: I’m currently solo in the Extension office while working on hiring an additional specialist or coordinator (job posting coming soon!). I’m also navigating some health appointments with my kiddo, so my schedule may shift day to day. Please reach out before stopping by so we can schedule a time and make sure I’m there for you. Thank you so much for your understanding and support.

As always, thank you for being part of this community and for supporting Extension work across Norwood, Nucla/Naturita, and Telluride. February may feel quiet on the surface, but there’s a lot happening beneath, planning, preparing, and setting the stage for a full and vibrant year ahead.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out, and remember to schedule a time before dropping by the office so I can be sure to be there for you.
